Seven years designing for financial services across APAC — six of them at UOB. The work has always been the same kind of challenge: regulated products, compliance-heavy processes, customers who are nervous about getting it wrong. The job is to make that feel manageable.
At Aleph-Labs, I lead design for UOB's regional digital banking platforms — wealth journeys, onboarding flows, and internal RM tools across five markets. Research to production, working alongside engineering, legal, and compliance.
